Michael V. Barszcz, attended Brown University as an undergraduate and The Warren Alpert Medical School where he earned a Medical Doctorate (M.D.). He also attended the University of Florida College of Law and earned a Juris Doctorate (J.D.), a law degree. He started his legal career defending insurance companies and understands the way insurance adjusters and defense attorneys view and defend cases. For over 30 years, Mr. Barszcz has used his combined medical-legal education to diligently and aggressively represent his clients.
