Michael V. Barszcz, M.D., J.D., is a graduate of Brown University Medical School (M.D. - Medical Doctorate) and the University of Florida College of Law (J.D. - Juris Doctorate).

Dr. Barszcz has 15 years experience as a civil trial attorney and represents clients in all types of complex medical-legal claims, including automobile and motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, personal injury and nursing home negligence claims.

Dr. Barszcz is a member of The Florida Bar, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of America), and the Florida Justice Association (formerly Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers). He is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and represents clients throughout the State of Florida.

Dr. Barszcz is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization that requires a minimum of a $1,000,000 (one million dollar) case resolution as a prerequisite for membership. His membership as a Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine is exclusively reserved for graduates of both medical school and law school.

Michael A. Mandeville, Esq., is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (B.S. Accounting) and the Florida State University College of Law (J.D. with honors). Mr. Mandeville has over 10 years of experience as a civil trial attorney representing clients in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, personal injury, workers’ compensation and social security disability claims. He has represented clients in appellate matters and formerly worked as an insurance defense attorney.

Mr. Mandeville is a member of the Florida Bar, Florida Justice Association (formerly Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers), American Bar Association, and Orange County Bar. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal court and represents clients throughout the state of Florida.
